A free tool from Brand E5, a digital marketing studio in Hyderabad.
What to expect
Fill in the fields to see what your budget could bring.
An estimate from the numbers you entered, one sale per customer. It is not a promise: real results move with your market, offer and season.
How the estimator works out your results
It starts from your budget and follows the money through to customers.
Clicks
Your monthly budget divided by your cost per click.
Leads
Clicks multiplied by your click-to-lead rate.
Customers
Leads multiplied by your lead-to-customer rate.
Three cases
The same sums run again with each number moved by the margin you choose, once for the worse and once for the better.
Your numbers is the plan exactly as you typed it. The cautious and strong cases show how far the result could move, so they are a range to plan around, not a forecast. We do not build in industry averages, because an average from other businesses is a poor guide to yours. Take your numbers from your own account or a small test, or book a free audit and we will go through them with you.

Ad results questions
What can I expect from my ad budget?
It depends on your cost per click, how many clicks become leads and how many leads pay you. This estimator multiplies them out for your budget and shows a cautious case, your numbers and a strong case. None of them is a promise.
Why three cases instead of one number?
Cost per click and conversion rates move from week to week, so one number looks more certain than it is. Three cases show how far the result could move if your numbers turn out wrong.
What do I enter if I have no data yet?
Run a small test budget first, then use the real numbers. If you have to guess, enter careful guesses, widen the margin for error, and treat the result as a range to test.
Does the tool add GST?
Only if you tick the box. Google lists 18% GST for Indian customers, or 9% CGST plus 9% SGST within one state, on its payments help page (checked on 3 Nov 2026). Rates and rules can change, and whether you can claim the tax back depends on your business, so ask your accountant. You can change the rate in the box.
Are my numbers saved or sent anywhere?
No. The sums run in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to us or stored. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the message contains only the numbers shown on this page.
